Wow, that Malika is a beauty! I knew that MFD wanted to do an Indian exclusive and even saw the first design, as Percy had it with him when we met in January. Trust me on this guys, she has been improved about 500%! I am most impressed! Yes, there are more exclusives in the works from Katy's and myself, :-D! Jason and I have finally finished the next exclusive to come, which will use a Candi. The Asian factory left a couple of items out of the counter samples but they are supposed to be on the way. Hopefully, we can make the announcement with details by the end of next week or the first part of the following week. We have 2 more exclusives in the works but neither of these are Candis. One design is complete and we are awaiting costing information. The other is still on the drawing board. The wheels in our heads continue to go round and round to bring you interesting and hopefully, exclusives you will be proud to have in your collection. Everyone have a great weekend! Convention

Hi All, I too will be at convention next week, so anyone on the list, feel free to look me up. I will be doing room sales, and will have some nice vintage, some OOAKs and a nice selection of vintage fabric, patterns and trims for making OOAKs. Barrys dolls

Hi, I can tell you about my experience with his auctions. I have won 2 of his auctions, one for the Venetian Opulence Barbie and one for the Arabian Nights set. I didn't have any problems either time. The only thing that was different is when I won the Venetian Opulence Barbie he was accepting money orders, for the Arabian Nights he had switched his policy to Paypal only. The dolls and boxes have been in great condition, the only thing I noticed is there is a black slash on the bottom of the box on the UPC. I am assuming he gets his mdse. from one of the Toy Clubs in CA, but I don't know that for sure, and that is why his starting bids are so low. I am having a hard time not bidding on more of his auctions, but I can't afford to keep using Paypal, don't need to run the credit card up. :) Plus, I am getting ready to go to the Barbie Convention in Denver next week. Yippee!!!!!!!!! If you don't feel comfortable bidding on his auctions, then you shouldn't. Hope this helps and hope I didn't run my mouth too much. Phyllis

I'm not sure I consider his message suspicious but strange, yes. I can't imagine why he would hesitate to give you the information you asked for. I became curious when I saw this and checked out his feedback. With the quantity of good feedback he has, I think if he had something I wanted I would bid on it. Any chance you recognize any of the addys that have given him feedback? Maybe if someone you actually know has been happy with a purchase you would feel more comfortable in bidding. I do think that if one's inner self is saying "don't bid", one should listen to it, though. I've had that feeling more than once myself and figured that if I wasn't comfortable with the seller, than I would just take my chances the item would be available reasonably through someone else down the road. Hello Everyone... I received the most thoughtful gift this week from Silvana...all the way from Switzerland! She made me one of her Candi Fashions, and it is LOVELY! BUT her hair is shinier and that's a welcome improvement. I've always thought that Malibu Barbie had horrible, dull hair that wouldn't do anything. So, I gave this one a flip do. Wow, it really does a lot for her face! Since I took the picture I have combed the hair and it has relaxed some and I like it even more. I am actually quite fond of my new doll and she was only $16.97 at KMart.
