Since having the three Janay's here in my hot little hands!! I can ABSOLUTELY 100% say that the pic IS the screening production line of the HEAT WAVE Janay, The three dolls I have here in hand are exactly the SAME screening as the doll in the pic! NICE to see a doll that I can say with a Great degree of certainty that will give a certain other Company that makes the other Fashion doll who shall remain nameless a RUN FOR THERE MONEY!!! I don't think that is a prototype photo. Kevin is correct in that the screening will be quite similar in the play line Janays. I seem to recall a few variations but they are simple, like lip shade differences and I think there were a couple of eye color variations as well. I saw so many dolls that day I simply don't positively remember in which lines the variations occurred. Kevin is also correct in that the screening is completely different for the collector edition Janays. I still salivate when I think about those collector editions, LOL! Hi, I am in the middle of South Dakota, I got my 3 Janay's from a doll friend in Michigan, I highly doubt they will show up here in Central South Dakota! TTYS Kevin

Nope no prototype as far as I know, I think the facial screening on the Heat Wave Janay will pretty muh be the screening for the entire line with th exception of the Higher end collectible line maybe!! ANYONE know How about SUZANNE!! TTYS Kevin

I've been made aware of a new doll magazine that will be going into publication. Here is a link to their site: http://www.dollshowmagazine.com/ There is an online survey that can be taken to give your input as to what you would like to see covered in the magazine. We've all said how much we miss Miller's, so here's a chance to comment on contents that we should take advantage of. It also asks questions such as number of dolls owned and number of years collecting. At the end of the survey you see the results accumulated so far, which is fun. Suzanne

I don't like the arms on the Butterfly Ring dolls. The faces are georgous and such sexy legs but then the arms and hands don't look very femenine to me. I didn't care for Tyler the first couple years of her production (I though it looked like she forgot to put her makeup on or she just needed something) but last year I was impressed and the new ones look wonderful!
