Sweater Sets

Hi All, I have one NUDE Morning Frost Veronique that ai am kicking myself because I need the money so that I am selleing her. SHe is MINT and I have a Fashion Royalty box and stand for her(NOT necessarily the one she came in). I am asking $55 plus shipping for her, plus insurance. That might seem high to some but thats what I ended up paying for her so thats why I am asking that for her!! Anyone Interested in her please e-mail me privately, ALot of folks have been perming the hair on these Beauties and they are WONDERFUL with curly hair, I can do that for you if you want her to come with curly hair, otherwise she has her straight strawberry blonde hair. PayPal, Candy, Videos:)

I really enjoy my PayPal account. However, I don't have a business PayPal account so I can't accept credit cards. Since I do not have a business account, I do not have to pay fees. Of course I only sell my personal collection. I have to recycle my doll $ to be able to get new ones. BTW I just won a Candy doll. She is from the days when Candi was spelled with a "y" instead of an "i". She is really cute. I am going to put up pictures of her later. She looks nothing like the Candis we have now. But she's still cute. I also, have a video tape of when Candy was being advertised back in, I think, 1995 or so. Does anyone have an idea what that would be worth, if anything? I always feel a twinge of remorse, or guilt or some odd misery when I use PayPal. I don't know why--it's a feeling I can't begin to articulate. But as long as a seller offers the feature, I take advantage of it because the seller clearly has offered the choice because he wants to get paid quickly and get the stuff out fast, too. Why would I bother dawdling with paying a person when they've gone to the trouble and expense of including PayPal in their auction? Seems like an insult to that seller if I don't pay him immediately using PayPal. When I consider bidding on an auction I don't care if PayPal is offered. I'm always taken aback when I read auctions that say they ONLY do PayPal. But to each his own. Money is money. Oh, yes, there's one other consideration I would make for PayPal that I just learned this weekend. I understand that there has been concern over counterfeit money orders and cashier's checks and PayPal almost eliminates this possibility. Someone told me this weekend that they had heard that is why PayPal was created because of this counterfeit problem that I guess was at its worst about 3 years ago. I don't know if this is true. Okay, so call me crazy. I'll probably enter the 21st century and PayPal begrudgingly, but I'll get there. But I won't do it willingly. Do I sound like an old, crusty senior citizen? Garage Sale and Rant

HI All, Yes, clothes, accessories etc, are included in the garage sale. Pretty much anything except the kitchen sink, unless said sink is doll sized. LOL Pat, I really do understand your Pay Pal rant. I just hate making things cost more for people. I have ALWAYS accepted personal checks and I NEVER hold them to clear. Between selling on line, and almost 10 years in my antique store, I only ever had 3 bad checks. Two were mistakes, and were cleared up immediately with huge apologies. That leaves only one that was a deadbeat. Out of hundreds of checks I think that is pretty good. I suppose one of these days someone will ruin my faith in humanity, but I hope it doesn't happen soon. LOL I just can't bring myself to pay so much for Paypal, and I refuse to hook it up to my bank account. We only have one, and if it got messed up, we would be in a world of hurt. I wouldn't mind if I still had my shop account, as there was never a ton of money in there, but if the money got tied up in a snafu, just when we needed to make a house payment, what a mess. It took me years to accept credit cards in my shop, as the fees were prohibitive as well, but I finally found an inexpensive one, and it worked fine, but it was only approved for on site sales, so I had to let it go. I was weird for years as well, as I started out marking things the price I wanted for them, but in the antiques business EVERYONE asks for a discount, so I gave up and built a discount into the original price. Ended up just making a little extra from the few who don't ask. Seems pretty silly to me. I also never marked things with the .99. If I want five bucks I say so, instead of $4.99.
