I thought Mikelman did these, too... Melissa I thought
he also did the Holiday Pinups... If he didn't, out of curiousity, who did? I have all four of those (Bettie Page, AA, Asian, and Swedish) and the Asian one is one of my favorite dolls ever. Her lips are painted almost like the Barbie Steffie mold, and the painting on her is so delicate, almost like a watercolor.
