In case anyone else needs Jakks sized shoes... I was just telling Pat, that if you go to e-Bay and do a search for seller ID: picketfence3 you can contact them. They sell the black strappy Jakks sized shoes for (I believe) only $1.00 /pr. You can always repaint these to change the colour...or, as they have suggested, use nail varnish to change the colour...
