Hi Randall!
Alysa's is redressed in a Kari Mitchell Fashion, fur vest is from a
Dollhouse
fashion, Belt is one of my own creations, and the boots are from a Barbie
FA.
I like this doll very much, the haircolor and makeup is so soft. Is she one of the 2002 series? The dress looks like a knitted gown, very fashionable with the matching hat. The vest gives a nice extra touch to the outfit. And, WOW, I love the belt you made!!!! Is it totally handmade or did you worked with pieces from a craftshop?
Embassy Ball Alysa is wearing her original clothes but I added gloves and
the
bracelet from Mann's Chinese Theatre Barbie. http://www.choic4guys.com/images/limited/alysa2.jpg
A real good idea, to combine these things. :-)
Janay is redressed in a HTF Barbie FA. http://www.choic4guys.com/images/limited/janay1.jpg
Janay is always a good-looking Lady, but in that marvelous colorful coat she is simply stunning!!!! I have a black haired Janay too, Photo Hunt Janay, is yours the same?
Giselle (hair by me) is wearing a Candi Fashion (called Avenue or
something
like that) all I did was add a chain strap on the purse. http://www.choic4guys.com/images/limited/giselle1.jpg
I transformed my Giselle in a hip today girl - and you made an elegant Lady from yours. :-) It's so interesting, how different the same doll can look like, only by diffrent coiffs and clothes.
Princess of South Africa Barbie is redressed in a Malibu Barbie swimsuit, jacket and skirt are from different My Scene fashions, and boots from a Barbie FA. http://www.choic4guys.com/images/limited/african1.jpg
She's so lovely!! The My Scene fashions matches her very well. In a seperate mail I will show you all, what I sewed for my Princess of SA. ;-)
Rio Lea (hair by me) is wearing a My Scene top and brown velveteen pants
from
a Dollhouse fashion and a bag from a Gen. Girl doll. http://www.choic4guys.com/images/limited/lea1.jpg
Oh, how I love the hairdo you have done!!!! Fantastic!!! I whish to be able to do someting like that. Was is difficult, did you worked with scisors?
The next three pics are all of my Yue Sai Wa Wa doll head on a Barbie body (hair restyled by me, of course).
She's a really pretty doll!! It was interesting to see her the first time redressed. Before I have seen her only in the original clothes. For which reason you swaped the body, is Barbies body more poseable or nicer?
Thank you so much for sharing! I love the way you customize and redress your dolls!
