Dear Integrity Toys Exclusive Dealers:


     As the New York Toy Fair approaches, Integrity Toys would like to provide you with the facts regarding Integrity Toys and the CANDI doll.  Since 2000, Integrity Toys has been and remains an authorized creator, manufacturer and distributor of our own line of CANDI dolls.   These dolls reflect the highest levels of quality which has always been the hallmark of all Integrity Toys products.  Although we regret that various issues regarding our relationship with Hamilton Toys and the CANDI doll have arisen, we are confident that the issues are unfounded.  

   Because of the time taken to attempt to resolve these issues though, Integrity Toys  has not developed any new CANDI  dolls for the New York Toy Fair.  In the next 30 days, Integrity Toys will make a decision as to whether to continue to manufacture the CANDI doll line.  We will continue to update you on that decision and what to expect for this collection in the near future.  

    Moving on to more exciting news, we  sincerely look forward to seeing all of our friends at the New York Toy Fair to  preview  the new Fashion Royalty collection of  "Adele"  and  "Veronique",  our 2003 collection of play line dolls , and a new series of collectibles.   We believe you will  be pleased with our achievements.
