Yes, he was about 16 at the time and yes, he was a
CandiChatter at the time. In 1999, he did an OOAK Barbie for the Convention that
sold for $5000! He says that he went to see Percy
at Toy Fair about that time & Percy wanted to know why they had let that
child in. He's 21 now. (And still looks soooo young!)
