The Charice doll as we know it now will soon be no more. YES, BUT mikelman has sculpted a totally NEW charice and there wil be even some new friends of Charice coming, they are supposed to be available somtime this year. As mos us know Mikelman had a private label agreemet to use the Alysa molds to make a caucasian doll in the form of Charice. Mikelman and Integrity split sometime little over a year ago now and I think PaulDavid an Mikelman just want to clear out the older Merchandise so they can make room for the all new dols coming!! One thing I do know about the new CHARICE friends line is that none other than Sandra bilotto sculpte the frends of Charice for the new line, and we all know she wa the originater of the sculpts of the Candi line of dolls so I hink we can expect some HOT dolls for the friends of Charice!! But the 2001 fashions are so new and supposed to be manufactured by the new factory and even they are slashed down to half price!!!!!
I just wondered, that's all. Never was a fan of Mikelman's work or Paul David's ethics. I just wonder sometimes how dealers like Suzanne can survive the market when PD slashes the prices so much lower than them at the Charice merchandise.

Unlike a lot of people at Enron who put all their retirement eggs in one basket, dealers like Suzanne have the realistic sense not to put all their business on the sale of one doll. Suzanne, speaking for myself, is also one of the most impressive dealers of fashion dolls because she positions herself modestly with doll creators and with collectors. She respects the doll makers, no matter how much heat some of the creative spirits can engender with the collectors.
