Dear CandiChatters,
I've made a decision. I've got to divest myself of a lot of 11.5" fashion dolls, including Candi. I've got tons of dolls I had intened to work on for makeovers, and it's just not going to happen. I also have Genes and many of her outfits that I want to get rid of.
It's too tedious to try and put much of this stuff on ebay--it wouldn't fetch very much and it's altogether too time-consuming for the things I want to sell. If any of you are looking for certain dolls, ASK me if I have it. It's easier for me to answer individual questions than to list all that I want to sell. You might ask me if I have something that I forgot I have, wouldn't've thought to list for sale, or didn't want to sell but then you asked and the offer to get rid of some extra doll is just too tempting.
My collecting tastes are definitely changing from broad to very finite. I've run out of space, I don't have the time to buy and sell as I should to keep my collecting controlled, and I'm growing older--I just don't need a lot of these dolls around here.
Make me an offer on anything.
But this doesn't mean I won't stop CandiChatting. I still enjoy THIS list and the overall knowledge CandiChatters have about doll collecting is priceless! REgards, pat Brown

Sorry about the mistake on the colour of that dress. I didn't read the details I was just gazing at that dress too much. LOL. It just looked black in the photo - it's still stunning anyway.
I am from Australia so it would be a Western Union MO. I used to be able to use Paypal no problem but then suddenly one day it wouldn't let me send a payment, it kept saying can't verify my card and I had MORE than enough money on my card at that time. I tried to ask them for help but got the most ridiculous automated response from them and I had to hassle them to even respond. I even tried opening a whole new account but got the same thing. For some reason though, they still took the money from my credit card but it never got to the seller so I don't know what they were doing. I was forced to close both accounts so I could get the money back. It's a shame because it is such an easy and convenient way to pay someone but after that experience I don't trust them.
