Hello all...
I just wanted to let you know that the two IMANI dolls I bought in e-Bay arrived today, and WOW!!
First of all, the price was UNBEATABLE!!...$1.75 U.S. for both dolls!!!
One is an older Imani, she is not actually that pretty and her hair has too much fringe (imo)...but I like her, as she is so different looking.
The newer one came in her original outfit and she is really different!...very pretty!...great hairstyle!...and her clothing is very interesting. Plastic purse on a gold-chain, white knee-high socks and little black boots, etc...
I'm extremely happy with this purchase! LOTS of good buys in e-Bay right now!!

Oh, my word, $1.75 for both? I think I'm going to be ill. That's almost criminal. That seller probably could've gotten more in a yard sale. Well, it's a great find for you, but this just makes me ill.
But congrats to you on your excellent doll sleuthing. I'm convinced, this is a marvelous time to be finding dolls on ebay. The prices are rock bottom. I wish I didn't have so many to get rid of or I'd be haunting ebay, too.

Thanks! Well, hopefully soon I will be buying a digital camera and then I will REALLY start taking pictures!!
I've only taken pics of the fashions I have on auction...which, by the way...is going well enough that I will have the money very soon to buy the digital camera!

That's great your e-bay auctions are going well. I can't wait until I can start doing some bidding on e-bay again - it seems like forever. LOL.
Getting a digital camera was one of the best decisions I've made. The pics come out so much better - and I ain't that great at photography - and there's no taking the film to get developed and hoping they come out alright. If a pic don't come out good on the digital camera you can delete it and try again. LOL.
I have updated my site a bit more - still some finishing touches to make and almost all the dolly pages are up at least, except for the Other Dolls category. Link is as follows:

I think I've got about 10 silkstones now and more will be coming as the 2002 range comes out. LOL. Let me know what you think about and any helpful tips are always welcome.
