That seems like a good idea. If Gerrit wants to take over the Cygwin binaries, then that is fine too - in which case I can stop putting new Cygwin stuff in my contrib directory and I can concentrate on Mingw ...
Alright, I am also the new maintainer of Cygwin GCC and I'll probably include the Pascal frontend in the distribution.
