This is not just an email list. It also has a web site component. Some of you may wish to contribute. Here are some ideas. You may search the archives by thread or topic. Go to messages and use the search engine. If you are interested in finances type it in and boom it saves looking thru all the archives. What a great tool. I just found it. There is a links section where you can add a link for all the members of the list. You may have a favorite site that you check regularly or you would like to recommend to our group. There is also a calendar feature. You may want to add a favorite conference you attend and plan to meet some of your fellow forumites there. There is a photo section where you can add photos of you or your ch or some aspect of your ministry you wish to showcase. Feel free to make use of it. There is also a section for shared files. If you have a long attachment youd like to send to the list but dont want to burden everyone with it this is a perfect place to put it. Then post a message to the list that it is there so interested parties may access it. There is even a poll section where you can design a poll and poll your fellow forumites. Just let em know it is there and invite them to participate. There is even a chat room and place for databases to be added. Hope youll take advantage of all these functions to make our community more vibrant. To access all these features go to yahoo then select my groups and then churchgrowhtideas. Youll see the various options listed on the left hand margin.
