I've written some SDL units for GPC. They are quite incomplete but usable (as far as you only need video output).

Furthermore, SDL_gfx is included in the package, just to have some graphics primitives. You'll find the unit at http://www.gnu-pascal.de/contrib/eike/ (sdlgpc-date.tar.gz)
