Hi!
I finally tried to merge my modifications into grx-2.3.2:
- printing support from bcc2grx - adding const to parameters in some place. Perhaps it should be done more carefully (simply I tried to eliminate compiler warnings from my C++ programs which uses BCC2GRX) - makefiles for grx-2.3.2 doesn't provide rules for including BGI fonts in object library. Currently I didn't have time to mess much with makefiles, so I only put shell script in chr directory which does this for DJGPP - removing some other warnings

I got grx-2.3.2 from

Is this the right target to apply your diff `grx232-upd.diff´ ?
Yes it's for that file. But it seems that I forgot some unnecessary (but harmless) stuff in src/makefile (VPATH=). I put it to try to fix including BGI fonts into library, but I don't have more time now for that.
Also convert it from DOS text file format to Unix one if You are going to apply it and compile under Linux.

Is it legal to include the Borland BGI fonts into the GRX library?

According to the license that comes with Borland Pascal 6.0 it is only legal to distribute BGI fonts for no costs along with your programs written with a Borland compiler.
So the answer is "no".
Maybe Borland have released some BGI fonts in the public domain meanwhile. Someone would have to check their web site ...
