Status of GPC?

Hallo, what is the status of GPC? Is it possible to build it with GCC 3.3.1? i would like to provide a precompiled version of GPC for Cygwin with the latest GCC. Are there still some patches which I need to apply (i.e. regarding the use on Cygwin)? Gerrit -- =^..^=
