Install problem - cannot exec cpp

Another novice question - I'm afraid. When trying to compile a program which USES GPC,CRT; I'm getting an error... GPC installation problemm cannot exec cpp - no such file module/unit CRT could not be compiled I tried both the DJGPP port & Dr Olowofoyeku's Mingw port & got the same message from both, so I think I must be making a silly mistake somewhere - sorry.
