Clearing out GCC code

Hi, while trying to get the WIN32 port running, MS-VC++ pointed out several problems with the GRX code, mostly in the BGI part. See attached patch. Hartmut PS: I gave up, couldn't get DJGPP-make passing long command lines to MS link
